₹80 will be chargeable extra for shipping if placed order is below ₹599

Products will be shipped via our respective shipping partners and will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

COD is available on orders above ₹699 for selected products. ₹60 extra COD charge will  be applied.

Advance payment is required for selected pre booked items.

The purchased plants from Plant Gharana is accompanied with 1 year limited warranty along with mentioned terms and conditions. The warranty will be applicable on the purchased plants and other accessories only from Plant Gharana and only if installed by us. Also the warranty is depending upon the instructions given by us. Plant Gharana is not responsible if purchased plants are not taken care as per the given instructions and will not take any further step to work on the warranty part.

• When will I receive my order?

Your orders will be shipped within 24 hours after your confirmation (except on holidays). Orders, placed before 12pm will be shipped on the same day.Products will be shipped via our respective shipping partners and will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

•  How will I track my order?

You’ll  get an order tracking number after you place the order,so that you can keep track of your package.

• How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once you place any order, we receive an order number. You will also receive an email/SMS containing the details of your order.

In this email/SMS you will be provided with a unique Order ID. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).  You will also be notified time to time when the product(s) are shipped to you.

• How can I return an item?

You can call to our customer care contact number or an email to our mentioned email id so that our executives can get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
